Vendors must provide valid business licenses and documentation required under Qatari law.
You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
Wave Events may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Customers may browse, book, and pay for event services.
Vendors may list, manage, and sell services through the Platform.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including unlawful activities, fraudulent listings, spamming, or attempts to interfere with system integrity.
All bookings are subject to vendor availability and confirmation.
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; Wave Events is not liable for payment processing errors.
Commission fees may apply to vendor transactions.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each vendor and displayed at the time of booking.
Wave Events may facilitate refunds but is not responsible for vendor-related disputes.
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and service quality.
Vendors must comply with all Qatari laws and regulations related to business operations, events, and safety.
Wave Events reserves the right to remove vendor listings that violate these Terms or legal requirements.
The Platform, its design, and content are the property of Wave Events.
Vendors retain rights to their own service content (images, descriptions, logos).
Users may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without authorization.
Wave Events acts only as a marketplace facilitator between vendors and customers.
We are not responsible for vendor performance, service quality, cancellations, or damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wave Events disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wave Events, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of applicable laws.
Wave Events reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
Wave Events reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with revised effective dates.
